What after sales & warranty support do you offer?

At Choice Computer Solutions we take pride in maintaining the highest level of service in all areas, before & after sales. If you have any questions or issues with any items sold or work completed by us, please do not hesitate to Contact Us & we will bend over backwards to assist in any way we can.

All hardware purchased from Choice Computers is covered by a "return to base warranty" and is covered  for the period specified by the manufacturers warranty, which ranges from 1 to 3 years generally. If you have any concerns regarding hardware faults or warranty periods, contact us & we will be more than happy to clarify it all for you.

How can I get support for an item which isn’t working correctly?

Simply Contact Us & we will arrange a suitable time with you to have your equipment inspected by our technicians.

How much will it cost?

How long will it take?

At Choice Computer Solutions we strive to have all jobs completed in a timely & efficient fashion. Majority of jobs are generally booked for the same day or the following day of the original inquiry.
