2015Exchange ActiveSync on your iPhone
When you add your Exchange ActiveSync account, you can sync your Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and Notes wirelessly with your iOS device.
Step 1
To complete the setup, you will require the following information:

Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > Exchange.
Step 3
Your iOS device will try to find your Exchange Server. You might have to enter additional server information. If required, input the Email Address, Email Password, Server Address & Domain where required (gathered in Step 1).
Step 5
Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, select your Exchange account, and tap Account Info. You can also go here to set up automatic out-of-office replies and change how often you want Mail to sync (the default is 7 days).
Gather You Information
- Email Address
- Email Password
- Server Address
- Domain Name*
*Note: Domain Name is generally the middle section of your email address, between the @ symbol & the .com section. ie: the domain for “matt@abc.com.au” would be “abc”.
Add your Exchange account

Connect to the Exchange Server

*Note: Username is either your whole email address or the first section of your email address. ie: “matt@abc.com.au” or “matt”.
